Doing a little bit of research lately on the current real estate trends and outlook in Asia for the second quarter of 2013-- so far, so good. I've stumbled this great article from Urban Land Institute-- might be helpful for you, too. It's always a great way to stay in touch with the world market, especially if one deals with real estate and property development. One only needs to get enough information via the internet to gather some information.
I have learned a lot, and will be doing a lot of researching in the future to determine if Asia(Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia) is for me.
